EA1000F2 Outdoor LED Advertising Screen Overview
EA1000F2 combines an aluminum cabinet, dual-side service, IP65-rated protection and a 3,840 Hz refresh rate for fixed outdoor advertising. Standard and optional corner cabinets support flat façades, right-angle displays and creative media installations.
Front and Rear Service
Front- and rear-service access allows LED modules and internal components to be maintained from either side. Use front service for wall-mounted screens with limited rear clearance and rear service for freestanding structures.
Cable-Free Internal Connections
Power and data signals are routed through internal rigid interconnection boards, reducing exposed cabinet-to-cabinet wiring. This simplifies installation, keeps the cabinet interior orderly and reduces loose-connector service points.
Aluminum Cabinet and Fast Assembly
The 1,000 × 1,000 mm aluminum cabinet combines structural rigidity with easier on-site handling. Quick locks, locating pins and module safety straps support accurate alignment and safer installation or maintenance.
Six Cabinet Sizes
The 500 × 250 mm LED module supports six cabinet formats: 1,000 × 500, 1,000 × 750, 1,000 × 1,000, 1,500 × 250, 1,500 × 750 and 1,500 × 1,000 mm. This range helps match screen dimensions, support structures and corner layouts while retaining a common module platform.
Thermal Management
Aluminum-backed modules, vortex fans and a thermally optimized power-supply layout accelerate heat transfer from critical components. The cooling path is designed to support stable continuous operation in outdoor fixed installations.
Optional 90° Corner Cabinet
Optional 90° corner cabinets are available in three sizes for right-angle LED displays. They support wraparound façades and naked-eye 3D content layouts while retaining the EA1000F2 module platform.
Optional 45° Beveled Cabinet
Optional 45° beveled cabinets are available in three size configurations and pair to form a 90° corner. This creates a clean edge for corner advertising displays without a wide central seam.
3,840 Hz Refresh and Up to 6,500 cd/m²
Pixel pitches from P2.97 to P10.42 cover close-to-long viewing distances, while brightness reaches up to 6,500 cd/m² for daylight visibility. A 3,840 Hz refresh rate supports stable camera capture and smooth motion playback.
