Download Questions
Will one software package work with every LED screen?
No. Select software for the control-system brand and supported device. A display brand or pixel pitch alone does not identify the correct application or version.
Is a datasheet the same as a configuration file?
No. A datasheet is a document used to review product specifications. A configuration file contains settings for compatible equipment. Do not rename or load a PDF as a configuration file.
What should I send if I cannot identify the correct file?
Send the controller and receiving-card model labels, module and cabinet photos, current software details and a description of the task. Keep a backup of the working settings before changing hardware configuration.
